Launch of mobile phone app.
PROCESS
Travel to New York to liaise with Global Development team. Run UAT with local test team. Create full implementation plan including, conduct training sessions, social media/communication plan. Design, develop, build EDM and landing pages.
RESULTS
Results will be tracked via analytics. First to market globally for Avon. Second largest worldwide usage since launch.
SKILLS
Communication skills, with strategy ideas decided on before commencing the project, as well as being required to conducting several training and information sessions. Photoshop, Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, Powerpoint.
